In this area we source Asset loans, sometimes in combination of bank loans, where our lenders take existing assets you have as security for the loan.

We can source Asset loans for equity release from 1 million Euro up to 200 million Euro.

Basic rules for a private equity Asset loan:

- The assets you can give as security can be in any country, unless in "insecure" countries.

- A fresh valuation of the assets is needed.

- The loan can stretch up to 5 years.

- Normally there will be a 2% opening fee

- The interest will normally land between 4-5% + euribor.

- Fast track process normally ready within 6-8 weeks.
